Vice Head Girl's Message
As I step into my role as the Vice Head Girl of our beloved school ‘Loreto Convent’ I am reminded of the wise words of Eleanor Roosevelt, who once said, “To handle yourself, use your head; to handle others, use your heart.” It is with this sentiment in mind that I am filled with a sense of honour and gratitude to lead alongside each and every one of you.
It is indeed a privilege to be appointed the Vice Head Girl of Loreto Convent Shimla, for which I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our Principal Sr. Goretti Tirkey and all my teachers who have guided me throughout and without whose support this would not have been possible. I am deeply honoured and blessed for being part of this Loreto Family, who has placed their trust and confidence in me.
I believe that true leadership is not about the title or the position, but about the impact we have on those around us. It is about the way we make others feel, the way we inspire and uplift one another. I am committed to leading with compassion, empathy, and understanding, always striving to create a positive and inclusive environment for all.
Let us embrace this opportunity to make a positive impact, to inspire one another, and to leave a legacy that will be remembered long after we have moved on.
I am confident that with our collective efforts and dedication, we can make this school year one of the most memorable and successful one.
Together, we can make a difference. Together, we can create a school community that we can all be proud of. Let us lead with our hearts, inspire with our actions, and make a lasting impact on the lives of those around us.
In conclusion, let us all strive to be Seekers of Truth and Doers of Justice, following the wise words of Mary Ward. As the Vice Head Girl, I encourage each one of you to uphold these values in all that we do, making a positive impact on our school and community.
